Kinesiology

Kinesiology is  a holistic health care system that allows you to regain your health and end pain naturally.

Kinesiology can help detect and correct issues arising from:

  •     Stress

  •     Nutrition

  •     Injuries

Ralph performs a Kinesiology Treatment

"A door that is double sprung to allow it open both ways can develop a weakness in one spring.  To fix the problem, the builder won't weaken off the tight spring, but he will strengthen the weak one to bring it back to full working order."

Professional Kinesiology Practice (PKP)  has roots in both traditional and contemporary medicine. It neither diagnoses or treats named diseases. Instead, we use it to identify the various stressors that cause imbalance and block the bodies natural healing ability, leading to poor health. Kinesiology is then used to help reactivate the bodies own innate healing ability, soothe pain and revive your health.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to access the bodies innate wisdom. Muscle testing simply involves the practitioner positioning your limb in a certain way, then applying gentle pressure to the muscle. The muscle will respond by either weakening or strengthening, which gives the practitioner precise diagnostic information.  Kinesiology works on the muscles and the mind to bring about balance and revive your natural healing energy.

An important aspect of Kinesiology is that it works opposite to most modalities which aim to soften tight muscles, instead it uses the engineering thought system of unifying the weak muscles, thus reducing pain.

The best illustration of this lies in the double sprung door analogy:

The body has the wisdom to heal itself, and Kinesiology can access that information in order to assist the natural healing process.
