What is NST?

An Advanced Chiropractic Technique

The Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is an advanced chiropractic technique developed in Australia. This gentle method not only results in fast and effective pain relief, but also increases energy levels and leads to better health. 

It is highly effective at treating back, neck, shoulder, wrist, knee and ankle pain including from accidents and sporting injuries.

NST success rates: 

​

1st treatment - 60-75% 

2nd treatment - 85%

3rd treatment - 95%

​

The remaining 5% are usually those with long term issues such as accident traumas, stroke victims, or people with diseases like Parkinson's or M.S.

What does an NST treatment involve? 

​

 

During an NST treatment, muscle groups in the back, neck, arms and legs are gently manipulated. There is then a short rest period, where you will likely feel a gentle tingling sensation and warmth generated as blood flow increases to the muscles, and they regain their natural balance. This can be a deeply relaxing experience. After this, a few more small adjustments may be done, and you're good to go.

You will feel further gradual improvements over the next day or two.
